OME MILKING SYSTEM 

The correct milking starts with a correct vacuum. We are using the vacuum regulators to regulate vacuum flow and pressure for cows. Our smart pulsators turn this vacuum to a milking movement. The milking clusters are the only part of the machine which attach the teat of a cow. Via milking cluster, we harvest the milk to milk line and transfer it to cooling tank with stainless steel receiver and milk pumps.

Reciever: It’s the first place where the milk is collected. Receiver’s level is controlled by stainless steel buoy.

Buoy: Collected milk reach to a optimum level after contact with buoy, transferred to the milk cooling tank by the transfer pump.

Safety Jar: It’s only place we could see inside in this fully closed system. When if the buoy or milk pump doen’t working, safety jar fills with the milk. But, vacuum separator ball its inside obstructs the milk’s enterance to vacuum pump and vacuum line. So, it protects the vacuum systyem and provides the system’s sustainable.

Milk Transfer Pump: It transfers the milk to cooling tank which collected in receiver. This pump is transfering the milk from reciever to cooling tank.The pump actualizes the milk transfer to milk cooling tank without shaking and changing milk quality. It’s high performance provides the fast milk flow. It’s made of the stainless steel materials.

Traffic Lights: Provide to easily understand what phase you are in the milking system.

Milk Filter – Protects the quality of milk.

Milk filter is the gate guard of cooling tank because it only allows the milk to go there. Kurtsan develops unique filtering model so you can change your filters even if you are milking.

Vacum pump, silencer, engine and chasis are the main components of the vacuum pump. Vacuum pump is oiled automatically and produce vacuum for the system.

Thanks to silencer of the system, the noise of vacuum pump limited and not disturb the milkers while they run the system.
